Search credits are a digital product delivered to your account immediately on purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

You never pay for a search that did not run

A credit is only counted once a search actually completes. If a search fails because of a provider outage, a system error or a crash, no credit is used and your balance is unchanged. That is the protection that sits behind the no-refund rule.

What a credit buys

A credit buys one completed comparison — the award prices several loyalty programs have published for your route and date. It does not buy a flight, a seat, a reservation, or any guarantee that a result is still available or still priced as shown. Availability and pricing are controlled by the airlines and change constantly, so a result being gone by the time you reach the airline's site is not a fault in the search and is not refundable.

A JPS watch — $3.99

A JPS watch is a separate one-time purchase of $3.99. It buys four verified checks of live award availability for the trip you described, run about every thirty minutes over roughly two hours, and an email the moment a matching seat is seen. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.

A check is only counted once it completes. If a check cannot run because of a provider outage the watch keeps retrying and that attempt is not deducted — the same protection that sits behind the no-refund rule above.

Shabbos and Yom Tov. A watch pauses for Shabbos and Yom Tov and resumes after havdalah. Time spent paused does not use your checks, and your watch window is extended by however long it waited, so you receive all four checks.

A watch does not hold, reserve or book a seat, and it cannot guarantee that a seat we reported is still available when you reach the airline. Award space is controlled by the airlines and can be taken by somebody else within minutes. A seat being gone by the time you book is not a fault in the watch and is not refundable.

We do not check, certify or vouch for kashrus, opening hours, or any third-party listing. Where JPS points you to a kosher directory, a certification agency or a minyan finder, it is passing you to that organization's own information — always confirm with the agency or your local Rav.

Before you transfer points

Confirm the exact flight, mileage price, taxes and seat count on the loyalty program's own site first. Points transfers are normally one-way and irreversible, and we cannot recover transferred points.

Billing problems

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged but received no credits, or believe a charge was not made by you, contact us at the address published on the site with the date and amount and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer law in your country.
